Before the AGM there will be a presentation and aircraft visit organized and hosted by Air Canada.

The program is as follows:
08:30 Assemble at Meeting Centre Exchange Avenue (upstairs near Dakota Bar and Panorama Restaurant). Reception with coffee/tea/cookies
09:00 Welcome and introduction about AC Global operations
09:30 Walk over to pass bureau to pick-up badges. Go through customs and security (passport needed)
10:15 ETA of AC824 from Toronto (first time for the A330). During the entire process of docking at the gate until departure, AC Airport Manager Duco Staal will be on site to explain procedures.
11:00 Visit aircraft interior
11:20 Boarding process starts
Return to Exchange Avenue meeting rooms while dropping off badges en-route
12:00 AGM NCCC (open to all members)
Sandwiches / drinks will be served during the meeting, courtesy of Air Canada
13:00 End of program
Due to security restrictions at Schiphol, we are limited to 30 people only for the Air Canada visit. This means that max 1 voting member and one associate member from each company will be allowed. The AGM is open to all NCCC members, but only voting members may cast a vote at the meeting. The meeting agenda will be sent separately after registration.
